Directions
To get to the Galley Head Lighthouse from Cork:
- Take the N71 west out of the city, through Bandon, and Clonakilty.
- Around 4 miles from Clonakilty take a left hand turn signed to Rathbarry.
- In the village, you will pick up signs for Galley Head Lighthouse; follow these for around 4 1/2 miles to arrive at the lighthouse station.
