Insolation for a weather station named MOORHOUSE for which the UK weather service has reported measured irradiation on a horizontal surface.
This
data
was published in a European Solar Radiation Atlas about 12 years ago. I am
not aware
of a web source for non-USA data.
Applying generally accepted models allows one to calculate the approximate
monthly
average irradiation on South facing tilted surfaces.
