Testing IT First Line Support

When I need IT tech support I'll phone them up and chat. I'm always polite and friendly. {Condescendingly tolerant some would say.}

If they speak to confirm my email as "nick at another U.R.L. dot com, oh ha ha! That's funny!" That's a good sign.

But should they speak my email as "nick at another earl dot com" DANGER! The future is not so bright!
