Automatic Position Reporting System

Version 0.04

1. Complete coverage of the UK using National Grid - you have to use the map database.
2. GPS NMEA and APRS information field position data now parsed.
3. 5 million reports recorded from 17000 calls after 2 weeks.
4. Back end server seems to be bearing up. A spot of normalisation with separate call sign table. Using a lazy write call sign cache (hash table in APRS parser)
5. Paranoid packet parser errors saved to server event log. Thanks to C# .NET exception handling!
6. Trails are limited to 48 hours. (There's no limit set at the server, as yet. There's a few Gigs left.)
